I went out and spent a fair amount of money on a brand new Canon EOS 450D, complete with a Canon 18-55, 55-250, and a separate 100 Macro 2.8. Expect lots of pictures about useless crap.

My old computer crashed, so a lost a ton of my old photos and I lost my Photoshop till I get a new computer which should be purchased in the next few weeks. I'll go back and color correct and edit the photos I've posted after I get my computer.

I'm heading to New York and back to Austin within the next few months, so those of you I actually like might see me around looking like a tourist with a giant camera strapped to my neck.

Stuff I miss while being here in Australia? Biscuits and Gravy, Hersey's, Kirby Queso, and 24 Hour Shopping.

Usually gets the better of me... I'm just remembering this one time about two years ago when I listened to Coldplay's Clocks for two months on repeat in my car because a friend of mine said that there was no way I could do it, seeing as though I shuffle 12,000+ songs in my CD/MP3 collection. This was brought on by one of those, if you were stuck on a desert island, blah blah blah questions... I think by the end of it, most of my friends were refusing to ride in my car. True to form, I heard the song Clocks for a mnimum of 2-3 hours a day for two months.

If you were stuck alone on a desert island, and you had:
one song: Clocks by Coldplay, I assume it's on an MP3 player that got water damage and can only play one song...
one movie: The Princess Bride, but how in the hell am I gonna watch it anyway?
one book: How to Get Off a Desert Island That You Are Stranded on for Dummies
and one item of your choice: A neverending supply of fresh water or a GPS radio transmitter/satellite phone.
what would they be?

On that note... works that amuse my sense of humor...

I never thought I'd be living in Australia. My 25th birthday has come and past, and now I'm looking for the answer to my questions. What do I do with my life? I suppose that it is the question that all people ask themselves, some just tend to solve it earlier or later than others. I think I'd like to own a gallery, showcasing beautiful and wonderous artwork from anyone who dared to pick up a brush, a camera, or a mouse.
